The Nusenda Foundation regularly communicates to Nusenda Credit Union members and the community-at large through various social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter. Social media can be a useful tool, and this open conversation will allow the Nusenda Foundation to provide an improved user experience, and address the needs/wants of current and prospective beneficiaries.
Please read the following conditions and important disclosures carefully. By communicating with the Nusenda Foundation through social media, you acknowledge your agreement to the following conditions of use without limitation or qualification. These conditions are subject to change and may be revised at any time.
Please note, when connecting with the Nusenda Foundation on social media, do not include or provide personal, financial, account, or any other sensitive non-public information in any postings or communications; including tweets, comments, and tags. We will never ask for your financial information, Social Security number, 501(c)(3) information, or any other personal or sensitive information through social media channels.

Member Service, Security, and Terms
The Nusenda Foundation will not provide Nusenda Credit Union (i) member service, (ii) handle any specific member account inquiries, or (iii) enable financial transactions through the use of any social media site. Should you have any service inquiries, questions, or concerns specific to your Nusenda Credit Union account(s), please contact us directly at 800-347-2838, or visit a local branch.
Social media postings provided by the Nusenda Foundation may at times include links to information contained on third-party websites. The Nusenda Foundation does not endorse, condone, or accept responsibility for the content on any third-party website.
The Nusenda Foundation does not accept liability for any third-party content, advertising, products, advice, opinions, recommendations, or other materials displayed on social media platforms, communications, or comments.
The Nusenda Foundation does not expressly or implicitly adopt or endorse any of the expressions, opinions, or content posted by third parties, users, or members on any Nusenda Foundation social media site. “Likes,” “favorites,” and comments posted by users or third parties should not be considered a reflection of experiences or future credit union or foundation performance. “Likes” and “retweets” should not be considered an endorsement or recommendation of any group, company, or individual.
The Nusenda Foundation does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials posted on social media in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
All Nusenda Foundation and Nusenda Credit Union trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Nusenda Credit Union. Nothing contained in social media postings by the Nusenda Foundation should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without the written permission of Nusenda Credit Union or the Nusenda Foundation.
The Nusenda Foundation prohibits the use of vulgar, offensive, threatening, or harassing language. Content that is defamatory, libelous, slanderous and/or unlawful or uses confrontational tactics to impact a product, service, industry or organization including, but not limited to, the Nusenda Foundation, Nusenda Credit Union, or other site users is not allowed. "Spam" advertisements or references to non-Nusenda Foundation or non-Nusenda Credit Union offers, products, services or websites is prohibited. The Nusenda Foundation reserves the right to block or otherwise prohibit any person from accessing or using its pages on any social media sites for use of any of the above tactics or language.
