Nusenda Credit Union Launches Social Media Contest as part of Financial Literacy Awareness Month

Social Media Users Encouraged to Submit Personal Photos, Stories about Saving Money Using #SaveWithNusenda

As part of April’s National Financial Literacy Awareness Month, Nusenda Credit Union has announced the launch of #SaveWithNusenda, a social media contest. It encourages New Mexicans to share financial success tips with others, as well as special reasons they are saving money. Some examples: a dream vacation or a honeymoon, having a child, additional education or training, or to buy a house.

Nusenda will randomly select five #SaveWithNusenda entries, each who will win a Visa® gift card. Participants can submit a personal story or an image of how they smartly manage their finances at Nusenda Credit Union’s Facebook or Twitter accounts.

Along with the #SaveWithNusenda contest, Nusenda Credit Union will post daily financial tips throughout the month of April on its Facebook and Twitter feeds to provide another avenue in helping people achieve financial well-being.
